I been living here almost 4 years now by far this is best management company working they have hired. Specifically lady name Elizabeth Purdy. She is always there to help you with the best way she can. Awesome team. Hope you stay longer.

Juanita is the office Assistant Manager are top notch 5 star employees. Krissy and Elizabeth as well the office the office staff nows exactly what they are doing. They are helpful, tenacious, they keep their word. I would definitely recommend living here.

Liz is an amazing person and I really am looking forward to staying here. Liz is the only reason I chose this place because now I know I nice and kind people can be around here and that means a lot to me if I could give it a 10 I would definitely give it a 10 absolutely, no faults whatsoever

( Update after 5 months of having to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and calling the office I finally got my 250$ deposit back!) Dont bother applying here, unless you know someone in there already and has connections with the owners or the women working in the office because if not youre wasting your time and money! Its been a month since I got denied and they havent reversed the charges!! Theyre frauds keeping everyone whos applied their 250$! I think this complex is discriminatory! Obviously if I have a section 8 voucher, that means Housing is paying most of my rent! I was supposedly denied because of credit cards? That makes no sense because I have not defaulted on any of them? Its obvious that is discrimination! I cant even access the report generated on why I was denied anymore and I have emailed Amanda and called numerous times and no response on my security deposit! So I disputed the charges! I will be reporting this complex to the BBB for frauds! Under new ownership you would think it would be better and fair but its clearly not the case!
