        I called the office to schedule a prepurchase inspection of a used car. Drove 45 minutes to shop with vehicle for inspection, mechanic Tony said oh yeah they dont know what they are doing over in the office regarding scheduling. He explained explicitly come back tomorrow at 4:15, Ill have a lift open for you. 4:10 I arrive he explains oh no I dont have a lift open sorry. I said you said you would have a lift open, he explained I didnt understand. I understand I drove to shop twice without being serviced. Very dissatisfied. I spent 45 minutes each way two times. No bueno Service: General repairs & maintenance
