Also, please understand, we work very hard to keep our parking lot clear on snow and ice, which becomes almost impossible when people turn into our lot and then decide to clear the snow from their roofs onto our lot, never even thinking about who is going to have to clean up after them. Furthermore, our bays are very busy, and we need to constantly move cars in and out, so when someone parks in front of our bay doors, not only is this inconvenient, but it can also be dangerous as collisions can occur. So, after seeing repeated people drive into our lot with dangerous snow loads on their roofs, then clear the snow off on our lot, and block bay doors, yes, we can get frustrated. Sorry about that.
