        Would not recommend and I dont plan on coming back. They cut my cuticles so that 3-4 nails were bleeding prior to dipping my fingers into the jar with my freshly open cuts. Also they lotioned my hands after still covered in powder dust. I left with powder and hard dip all under my finger nails. Giving two stars instead of one because my nail technician was really nice and did seem to feel bad after about cutting up my fingers. Edit: after 1 week half my thumb chipped off. After less than 2 weeks an entire dip fell off (i didnt get tips) while i was taking a coat off. Would not go back.

        I absolutely LOVE this place!! The nail techs are professional, personable & knowledgeable and answer any questions or concerns you may have. You will NEVER be rushed ! Same day appointments available with minimal wait time. They are honest & will NEVER to do an extra service for the money! ( designs, paraffin dips, etc) I absolutely LOVE their Spa Pedicure, my feet came out feeling SO SOFT!! Christine, the owner, is sweet, bubbly & friendly, and makes sure all clients are satisfied with their service. Service: Pedicure

        Went in today and got a gel manicure and had to get dip powder removed she did an awesome job and was very nice and paid very good attention to. Detail will definitely be coming back

      We are sorry for your experience. We reviewed the tape and instructed our manicurist to just to with her gut as she did suggest to stop a few times. We are happy to provide you a discount should you decide to return and hopefully will get a better experience. Dealing with hang nails is difficult sometimes and we ensured her that her instinct was correct and to just explain the impact and why she shouldn't continue in dealing with impacted cuticles.
