        I made and confirmed  an appointment for a 9 am pedicure prior to going on vacation.  Arrived at 9, waited for 15 minutes - no one showed up.  I called the number listed for the business and no one answered.  30 minutes later (after I was already back at home) I received a call from the owner, stating I was wrong and my appointment was at 3.  Since I would never make a 3pm appointment, she was wrong.  Not a good experience on a snowy day. I am not likely to return.
