Dont bother making an appointment because they dont honor them and squeeze walk ins in over those with appointments. Got a sitter for my son so I could treat my daughter to getting her nails done and we waited 20 minutes after our appointment and they still didnt have anyone to help us. Biggest waste of time, definitely wont be going back.

I have been going to this salon for years but never again. I asked the tech if cuticle clipper was sterilized and she said yes but the clipper wasn't in a sterilized pouch. It was in a jar with other files etc. When she was done she wiped it down with alcohol and stuck it back in the jar. Not sterilized. I had a dip mani but when I got home I had to use my own clippers and files because every nail was stuck to the skin under and around. My dip was over filed because every nail looks like there is a speed bump in the middle. Terrible job that I complained in a text but it went unanswered. I can get over the actual dip part but I will not subject myself to a possible fungus infection from lack of sterilized instruments!
