I wanted to put zero stars. the worst healthcare company! I have had multiple issues from the start. So many issues that I am stymied. Look elsewhere if you can. Anyone who writes a positive review for them works there.

They are the worst. They do not care about their members. My mom wouldve done better having her cat care on her behalf. No customer service at all. They should be ashamed of themselves.

There customer service is very bad I had to call them 4 or 5 times, they give bad information they do not know what they are doing. Only the last call that customer service man helped me but not the other ones.
