I decided to cancel all of my policies with this firm after extremely rude and unprofessional internal emails were accidentally forwarded to me. They did not behave in a professional way and I would not recommend giving them your business. Edit: I have since learned that Pompeo gave me very bad advice regarding what my condo master policy covered and sold me overly expensive and totally unnecessary condo coverage.

MY HOME and AUTO have been my have been insured by Pompeo Insurance since 1999. Never had a problem with this company.

We've been working with Pompeo & Sons for about a year now and they have been extremely helpful and competent throughout. They've been able to get us better deals and guided us through some minor issues with ease. Highly recommended.

I have been with Pompeo since its inception in the late 1980's. I have all my properties, vehicles and most of my business insurance with them. Over the years I have numerous small claims, fender benders broken windshields and that sort of thing. Easy stuff for any insurance company. I recently had a pretty costly car accident claim and all went well including the rental, the body shop and payments, quick and seamless. After a few months of driving the car I started having electrical issues related to the accident. The issues were complex and costly. One call to Ann @ Pompeo and they immediately put me in touch with the claims person at ARBELLA and the claim was re-opened and the car again was repaired at no cost or hassle to me. All done in less then 5 days. Being in a similar service business I know the importance of a live person answering the phone and issues being resolved or addressed quickly. No Live Chats, Voice Mails, 800 #'s or other wasted time. I have been dealing with the same staff for over 30 years, no turn over just old fashion, hands on service. Incredible service by both Pompeo and ARBELLA.
