        Laura was awesome I was in super need of some insurance because my last insurance lapsed which cause my registration to be suspended an I was starting new job on Monday and she really explained everything really well and reported it to dmv so I can get back on 2 wheels and needless to say definitely cheaper than last provided win win for me.. highly recommended for riders

        Bait and switch tactics. During the quote process I made a custom policy with comprehensive and collision. Because my bike is stock and didn't want the $3000 accessories coverage. Paid my deposit signed my contract waiving under insured and bodily injury coverage. Just to receive an email saying i don't have comprehensive and collision coverage and that it will be an additional 583.43 to the premium. Needless to say I told them I wanted to cancel and refund. No response until the following week. Where the rep said oops your email went to my spam folder and that if I want my refund they will only refund whats left after fees and prorated time that I had the policy. Skip this insurance find better.

      We are very sorry you were dissatisfied, but we can assure you, we don’t use bait and switch practices. It appears you obtained your policy online and you signed the application outlining the coverages you were purchasing. When a customer self-selects a lower, less protective coverage, we send an email out to those new customers to remind them they have elected a lower level of protection that does not include comprehensive or collision, and they have the opportunity to make any necessary coverage updates. We do not want any of our customers finding out at the time of a loss, that there is no physical damage coverage on the vehicle. It seems you went through our purchasing process and self-selected away from the default package. When using the custom package option, you may have accidentally not selected a deductible for comprehensive and collision, and therefore the coverage was not selected. We cannot force customers to purchase any specific coverage. If you feel additional steps should have been taken, we welcome any suggestions you may have in improving our process.
