Citizens

Used the ATM. Citizens ATMs are always clean and safe. But their system is painfully slow. Not sure why the screens take so long to refresh.

Terrible customer service. Made us wait for over an hour for nothing. The lady in customer service is rude and impolite.

Worse bank in Medford, the Lobby is filthy all the time. The ATM machines are always down, then they won't waive your ATM fees when u have no choice but to go to daily mart. The tellers are incompetent, clear checks then reverse them, then blame the payee for their incompetence. They need to train their tellers bc they don't know what their doing. One teller just talks and talks and talks no matter how many people are waiting in line. Believe me no one cares what your doing over the weekend and it should be none of your business what customers of citizen bank are doing over the weekend. I got a letter from citizen bank saying "We believe that a check you deposited will not be paid because: information from the paying bank indicates the check may not be paid. This is after it was already deposited and cleared by citizen bank, then they took it back bc their should have been a 2nd signature and their teller allowed the check to go through so citizen bank is saying the multimillion insurance company didn't have the funds. Pretty pathetic huh, now they won't clear the check, they should be embarrassed for  their negligence, this has been going on since August  7th they will clear the check August 29 th. Insurance co informed us they've had the funds for days now in their bank. Oh can't wait to get rid of them, unfortunately bc I have automatic withdrawals it takes time. But I'll stay away from Citizen Bank on spring street in Medford and I recommend anyone who reads this does the same.
