I was not at all happy with my experience at Mashpee Vision Care. I would and could not , in all good conscience, reccomend them.

Worst place ever called ask for help hearing aid stuck in ear canal they refused to help until the next day.

Dr. Dilger answered all my questions, or concerns. I felt confident that Dr. Dilger's reccomendations would be the right approach to take, for my medical condition.

Follow up appointment on Friday 12/11. Adjusted the device for background sound. Seems to have worked very well. Did not have to make any manual adjustments all weekend.
