Edit: did get a call back but missed the call. Very polite message and I realize it has been a couple weeks since my appointment but was really trying to like the nails. Appreciate. The phone call. Very friendly staff. Great color selection. My nails however when I left were very thick and length was not the same across. My cuticles werent even cut and there was no nail prep prior to putting tips and acrylic on. The woman next to me however looked like she had a great set of nails! I think I just got a rushed experience due to the fact they were extremely busy. Ive had some grow out and can now really see one nail is crooked.

Do not waste your time making an appointment. They will book you just to get you in and then expect you to wait over 45 minutes once you arrive not even talking to you or apologizing for their tardiness.

This was my first time going to this salon and honestly the technicians there are very friendly and they do a good job but the tech who did my nails cut two of my nail cuticles with the drill causing them to bleed, they realized one of them was bleeding and proceeded to use their nail to scrape off the blood. I did not want to cause a scene in the salon so I just paid and left but I felt I should have said something because my cuticles still hurt since this morning.
