Was very happy with initial visit and was told had guarantee and to call back if mice not gone in a couple of weeks. Did and was on schedule, then they canceled. I spoke to owner and let him know we did all told to do. His reply, "what do you recommend?" I said, a return visit. Didn't hear back. Dennis is a menace to customers, who just want them to do as they say. Service: Rodent extermination

I highly recommend Dennis The Mennis if you have any pest issues. I have used them on a number of occasions, most recently this morning for a huge nest next to my deck, of what I thought were bees. The company is extremely reliable - they return my calls promptly, have always come at the exact time scheduled, warrantee their work, and handle "emergency panic" calls promptly. I discovered the "bee" hive, shown in the photo last night, after their work hours. Dennis called me back immediately, and had his worker here early this morning. Mark was very knowledgeable and identified the "bees" as a very aggressive variety of hornets! Needless to say, I am thankful to have Dennis The Mennis on my cell phone "roladex"!
