I called B&B Pest Control on a Saturday regarding a problem with mice in our house. Within hours Jerry returned my call. Jerry answered all my questions and provided me with a detailed plan on how they would resolve the rotten issue. Not only did he guarantee they would solve the problem it also came with a 3-month warranty. Derek came to the house on Monday and found the problem. He also identified other potential problem areas and fixed them. Derek was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed list of work he performed and what to expect. We have not had a problem with mice since. I highly recommend this company, thank you Jerry and Derek.

I had B & B pest control come out to my in Revere on September 7th 2023. We had a mice problem. It disappeared after three weeks. Preston did a good job. But over past several days mice have returned. I'm going to check on Guarantee.
