Fidelity Bank

I wanted to change my name due to naturalization. I brought my Certificate with the photo and new social security card (with a new name). I spoke on the phone with the assistant manager before coming from Boston. As a result they told me that my documents are not sufficient to change my name!!! Even it's not correct because I have changed my name with two other banks, with my insurance companies, SSA etc. The management gave me hard time with no reason (staff is friendly though). I decided to close my account. Places like this make America bureaucratic and not free.

visited the Leominster location on main street and had the pleasure of meeting Jessica. She was professional and confident. She introduced me to Jennifer Phelps (manager) who assisted in opening my checking and savings account. I had such a pleasant experience, beyond my expectations. I was very impressed with the assistance provided. Earlier in the day I visited LCU and left due to a negative experience. Jennifer was patient, kind, with no judgement. She is just amazing at her job and her customer service skills are superb. She made sure I was aware of each program offered along with financial guidance. Thank you for the experience.
