I just stop by to share my experience, with the company Roger gray , but else I wanna say thanks to (LISA) , who its very professional , Im very happy to be assisted to her ! I really recommended her , (Lisa Ocornell and Enton Crespo )they make a difference on this company! Good job and appreciate for the hard work your guys are the best !!!!!

I used Rogers and Gray for 10+ years as they were the best prices. However, due to personal reasons I had to switch to another company. In their incompetence, they didn't cancel my policy and sent it to collections. This severely damaged my credit report for no fault of mine. When I pointed it out to them, they were nonchalant about it and I'm still dealing with having to explain the collections on my account. Their staff used to be exceptional and provide great personalized service, but now, they have become just another money grabbing, incompetent insurance agent. Unfortunate that they have come to this.

I have been a customer of RogersGray for two years and cant say enough about how helpful Courtney Kelly has been! She is extremely responsive, professional, and makes the process of searching for the best rate and policy painless for me. I trust her to act in my best interest, and have recommended her to others!
