The worst Ive ever been treated trying to get legal representation from this office. I am still waiting three weeks to get an answer as to whether Im going to be represented or not let alone a callback from a lawyer. The case was time sensitive and they knew that and they continued to delay their response. I dont know what happened. Its awful service.

This agency has repeatedly refused to help me over the past few years in regard to the discriminatory practices of my property manager at Fawcett's Pond Apartments. Therefore, I have had to endure such awful things as having a lawsuit filed against me by the property manager for not doing things that I am physically incapable of doing. Because this agency refused to help me, I was manipulated into signing an agreement that did not favor me in any way, shape, or form. I have endured for three and a half years now, the discriminatory acts of Fawcett Pond's property manager. The situation is so egregious at this point that HUD may now pull their Federal funding from Fawcett's Pond because of their nonstop and continuing acts of discrimination against me. And yet this agency does nothing to help me. I have had to be my own attorney for three and a half years, and the situation is still ongoing. So if you're disabled and face discrimination from your landlord, don't bother to call this agency. You'd just be wasting your time.
