Not the best off season choice. The floors were like ice. The bathroom does not get warm. The shower is fine. The staff was nice but didnt come around to freshen up the room. You need a trash bag for fresh linen but no one said anything. They dont speak English. The bathroom had mold and the mirror looked contaminated. There was no changing room for the indoor pool, and it was segregated from the living quarters. The room mini fridge needed to be cleaned. The desk chair had no support on the seat. There were only 2 tissue in the box and no spare. The office shuts down at 5pm, and so does the pool. The location is ok, but its geared for summer. Most of the shops are closed for the season. Felt safe, but homeless smokers lurking about

I found this place last minute. It was a good price for one night. Donna who works at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. They have a text feature to communicate with the front desk prior to arrival in case you need any last minute amenities and ETA I really appreciated that. The pool (indoor, heated)was amazing, super clean and pretty deep for a hotel/motel pool. The pools lounge area was so upscale and welcoming. The only downside to the pool is that if you stay off season and there are no rooms connected to the pool area think twice about going as we had to run wet outside to our room in the cold. Rooms: The room is very basic, there is no pen or paper and no phone to reach the front desk. - not a big deal but note worthy. The bed we had was extremely firm so I had a very uncomfortable sleep.- again note worthy. They have blackout shaded which is pretty cool. The bathroom is small and the drain in tub was slow to empty. I know there are new owners and they are trying to workout the kinks, as well as make some changes, so I dont hold that against them on this review. Walkability: Close to everything Noteworthy details: Firm beds, There is a 150.00 charge if you lose your key.

I stayed here when my family had a block booked at the neighboring harbor hotel for a wedding. The service was excellent. I got all of the amenities as the harbor hotel and more for way less. No price for parking, beautiful pool, and most of all: clean rooms. I would recommend this to anyone.
