yesterday I had a bad experience, I was going to get engaged with a dinner in the room just for the two of us, we booked there because my boyfriend doesn't live in Cape Cod, when I arrived I couldn't check in there and the receptionist was extremely rude, I missed my stay because I didn't know I couldn't stay there because I lived in Centerville!

Decent room but smelled weird. Area where breakfast was smelled like urine.

BLACK MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!! I had originally planned to stay 2 nights but checked out early bc the mold in the room almost killed me. Checked in 4/8 entered the room and it smelled like a guy was just working out in the room. I heard someone in the next room sneezing over and over and over again and then coughing. within 1 hour of being in the room my eyes were watering red and my throat felt scratchy. Two hours into the room I was coughing. I went to target bought an air purifier and woke up the next morning my nose was stuffy and my throat sore. Took a shower and not only was there black mold in the bathroom, there was water damage in the bathroom and the fan didnt ventilate humidity out of the room. I was in a moldy hot box I left for the day my breathing cleared up right away. When I returned to the hotel I asked for a different room, the concierge said I can put you in floor 3 because I havent heard that complaint on floor 3 meaning she has heard it before. THEY WERE USED TO COMPLAINTS ABOUT AIR QUALITY ISSUES. One lady says maybe the AC. I said I turned off the AC just to be sure last night and it didnt change the situation. The manager came out from the back and said I cannot put you in a room that wont have the same issues but I can check you out without a penalty. What the heck!!! I am physically ill and having breathing issues because of staying in your hotel for a few hours WITH a newly purchased air purifier. You should close that place down before the health inspector does.
