Girl was hounding me to join rewards program and was honestly giving me attitude about it. I was doing an exchange of an online order gift I received for a different size and this woman wouldnt stop asking me to join rewards program. Everyone else was SUPER helpful! Had a wonderful conversation with another employee who was great. Need to add that because there were people working there that were nice and helped me out with exchanges. I politely said numerous times that Im all set and dont shop there enough for that. I love Hollister, but I genuinely dont really shop there that much these days. She said For the time it takes for me to do this exchange, you could just sign up for the rewards program. But like so snarky and pushy. After that she said, Just put your number in on the screen. Again, politely I said Im all set. Thank you very much though! It was one of those Wide-Eyed situations where youre like uhhh why am I getting this kinda treatment? Did I do something to you? I dunno, it was just honestly rude. I declined FOUR times prior. It was an odd vibed experience for sure.
