Went to this store today with my daughter and the employees Nick and Percy were so kind and helpful. They made our experience so much better. I am so grateful for their help, and my daughter left so happy due to their friendliness.

Ana was the best. She helped us get 4 pairs of sneakers. She went back and forth to get us many options and was knowledgeable about the brands and understood what we were looking for. She was even patient while my wife took her time deciding on colors for herself and my daughter. We left with 4 pairs of shoes and very happy!

This story has a great ending so read on! I bought a treadmill at Dicks in Hyannis, MA, in early November. It took a long time for it to be delivered and set up but that was not due to Dicks but rather the company that provides that service. The day after it was delivered and assembled, I found that there were few things wrong with it (one missing part and one malfunction) so I immediately called Dicks. The first person I spoke to told me the treadmill was no longer their responsibility and that I had to call the company hired to do the delivery and assembly, and this was the day after delivery! He said Dicks always checked everything inside the treadmill box to make sure every single part was there before turning it over to the delivery/setup company. I told them that was impossible since so many of the small parts were sealed inside plastic packaging in the treadmill box and the entire box was unopened when it got to my home. Also, how could they know there was a malfunction in one of the features of the treadmill? Regardless, I called the setup company and was put on hold for a good 10 minutes. While on hold, Addison the assistant manager at Dicks, called me back and said the first person I spoke to was absolutely wrong and that they would replace the treadmill and also give me 10% off my original purchase. Addison was terrific! Not only did he give me the 10% off but that same treadmill I bought several weeks earlier was now on sale for $100 less and he refunded that difference too! All I can say is Addison knows customer service and I couldnt be more pleased with him and how he represented Dicks.
