        A horror story. Avis did not save a car for me. Then Avis Customer Service directed me to two other rental locations, neither of which had a car! Avis has no understanding of their inventory. Getting through to Avis locations is impossible. Working through Avis phone system is difficult. This company is behaving like a small, under-capitalized family-run business that has grown too fast and is now being run by the worst government agency you can imagine.
