        Can't say anything bad about budget it's been a long time since I've rented a car from them but when I did they worked with me if I need to add a couple or few more days

        Made a reservation in the morning before jumping on the ferry from Nantucket to Hyannis. Budget website confirmed my reservation and I pre-paid to avoid any issues. When I showed up at the counter in Hyannis, the woman behind the counter tells me that because I made my reservation this morning (and not earlier), she had no car for me. She didn't offer any further assistance beyond giving me a phone number that went no where (could not reach a human despite many attempts) and didn't mention that Budget would keep my money. Unbelievable.
