Terrible service. I used to be a customer of a different store. But this time I went to get my laptop fixed, they took forever and said it wasn't updating correctly. The next day, the laptop shut down again. I called several times to get a refund and each time Dylan said to call back and the manager would get back to me. Almost two months later and nothing has happened. I need that laptop for college and now I'm down 120 dollars.

Staff is friendly, and they replaced my battery for my phone, in a timely manner. I'm glad there are places like this that help with technical questions, or basic things. Plus, they can get into the harder stuff, like broken glass replacement, or even a factory reset if necessary. Hope they keep up the good work.

Whoever answers the phone has terrible customer service skills. Shes always rude and short tempered. Regardless I walked in with a phone that turned on and worked fine other than the fact that it wouldnt connect to any network (constantly searching for service and Samsung confirmed all it needed was a new antenna) and walked out with a phone thats useless. This was a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra - barely a year old. Got a call 3 hrs into the service repair and was told my motherboard short circuited AFTER they repaired it/put in a new antenna and the phone doesnt work at all now. No apology just we cant do anything else but dont worry we wont charge you - talk to Samsung. I am now paying Samsung to fix not just a phone with a bad antenna but replacing the whole motherboard. Save yourself the trouble and just go directly to Samsung or Apple. These guys may be certified but if something goes wrong then they arent liable.
