        Their services is great I called to get a ring. They made sure they had more than one and were willing to put it on hold for my son to be able to go get it for his girlfriend, and they were also very nice to him when he went to the store.

        I used to go in here all the time but they wrongfully terminated my favorite employee and store manager. She would take the time to work with me and build a bracelet or show me all the rings and charms I wanted. Now the staff just throws a book at you. They dont take the time to help you. They all seem to have attitudes and never act like they want to be there. Theres only one employee that takes the time now. Id rather order online. Save yourself the trouble and dont go in there.
