I received very good service from the employees, but the product broke after little use.

I have never experienced such rude customer service as I did from Ashley at this store the other day. My daughter went in to exchange something and was met by this woman and 2 others standing around just looking on - I dont ever get too upset with workers in a store as I understand retail isnt easy. But the rude, disrespectful way I was then treated when I went in to question what was going on was abominable. Enough so, that I contacted corporate offices to express the type of people they have representing their product. They lost a valued customer. The customer may not always be right but when pointed out that they are acting differently than the company policy clearly states, then maybe your manager needs to be retrained in customer relations. Suffice it to say I would never recommend setting foot in this store

Bad bad customer experience!!! After a while waiting to see an associate and seeing other customers coming in after me being served I had to ask for someone!!! And still getting The attitude from staff!!! What this review matters to you? Nothing because I am sure you sell a lot and do not need my opinion!

I was Standing at the store waiting for someone to talk to me, asking if I needed help, but none of the employees came to me... after 7mn a girl from far asked me if I was all set... I was the only customer in the store

I completely understand how difficult it is to work in retails dealing with non stop customers and requests . I came from retail myself. But today, when I walked into a store, I didnt expect to receive such attitudes. My little daughter want to look at new charms and we saw a Pandora inside south shore plaza. So yea, its Black Friday and packed everywhere. We stood at the door until someone told us there is no line and you can just walked in. We were stopped and ask if we would Like to be on a waitlist. I said oh, I didnt know there was a waitlist, its okay, we can come back This sales associates then say you dont have to have an attitude I wasnt trying to be rude so I turn my head and say Im sorry, Im not trying to give you an attitude.. evidently she choose this moment to roll Her eyes. Well, thanks for showing the child standing next to me how lousy you are bc once we walked out my daughter told her sister people are so rude when mom only wants to get me a charm. We took a photo of this associate bc when we came back, we couldnt reach the store manager.
