The receptionist Kim is the rudest nastiest person I have dealt with in a very long time. Even though I like my dentist and his assistant is great as soon as my dental work is complete, I think I have 1 more visit, I will not go back. I just can't handle confrontation from such a low level employee. If she wants to be a professional she should get an education and some class.

I WAS WAITING FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR 2 MONTHS, I HAD TO MAKE A CROWN, PLACE A FILLING AND PULL OUT ONE BAD TOOTH. In the rest, he just did a cleaning and made an appointment again in two months. When I came, the employee mixed up my dental photos and said that you are all right. The doctor who examined my teeth before this and found many problems did not even come to see me. I spent a lot of time, took time off from work, wasted days and everything was in vain. He made an appointment for me again in three months. They just threw up their hands and said that there was no time ,irresponsible at all. I am amazed by such audacity. Attitude towards people without respect at all.

I had a fantastic time that I spent in the Holyoke Mall dental! I was very nervous because I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. But right when I walked in the office, the girls at the desk were so helpful and kind, that I started feeling more comfortable! Dr Khanna and his associate, did a job that I never thought could be done! I have not had bottom dentures for quite a few years. Three different dentists said that there was nothing that could be done, and that I have no more bone left there. So when I was brought into the office, Dr. Khanna,s assistant was listening to my story about my experiences with those other dentists. And I was really just going to get whiter dentures for the top. So when Dr. Khanna automatically put the mold in my mouth, he put it on my bottom gums. I couldn't talk right away because that stuff was in my mouth, but right after he took it out I said why are you doing the bottom? And he told me for dentures!! I could not believe it! I almost even cried, because I was thinking wow now I can eat nuts and a good steak among other things! It's been so long like I said, that I do have to go back in and have to him file down one area! I love my teeth so much! I almost in a way wish I had real teeth, because then I could keep on seeing all these wonderful people in that office! I almost felt like it was family! Great job to all that helped me! Maybe I'll come down to visit though sometime! Lol
