        I recently had all my storm windows replaced by Coastal Industries as well as having them fabricate and install one replacement window. I am impressed by and very satisfied with the entire process as well as the quality of the products that they make in Haverhill. I am glad that I could buy products that are manufactured in MA! Linda Cunningham, one of the owners, is a pleasure to work with. There is no "hard-sell." Linda educates the customer about all available options, then lets the customer decide what he/she wants to purchase. In essence, everything Coastal manufactures is a custom order. It is a real plus that they install the products they manufacture. The installation crew and the post-purchase follow up on issues were first rate! I volunteered to leave a review as I am so happy with the result.

        With screens flying off my side porch & feeling like I was in the Wizard of Oz, I decided to investigate an upgrade to a favorite home area. I found a gem of a company just about 8 minutes from my home. Coastal Industries made the process of improving my veranda - (yes I call it a veranda)-trouble free. Can't say enough positive statements regarding this merchant.
