I brought my sons X590 in for a mower deck issue. Brian in the service department was great to work with. The price was fair. The person in the yard was great he helped me guide the trailer in for pickup when I went in to pay the bill he loaded the tractor and when I came out we both tied it down with my rachet straps. He looked at me and said this is when we usually say something. I laughed and I said "This ain't going anywhere". He said that's right. A great overall experience.
