Excellent service at fair price. Had my John Deere riding mower serviced on site at my home. So convenient with no lost time without access to riding mower. On site technician was fantastic and has my mower running like new with clean cuts, level deck, and smooth running engine.

UPDATE: I did receive a nice call from someone in the leadership team. I did really appreciate it and it was nice to finally hear that someone cared. I recently took a Gator in to diagnose a failed engine. Service techs did a few hours of diagnosis that came back inclusive (more on that in a moment) I was given estimates (which I had to chase down) for repairs that were turned out to be at best wild guesses with what appeared to be excessive labor time. Based on their estimates the machine was mechanically totaled. I decided to do the engine removal myself. Turns out this shade tree mechanic did it in under half the time quoted. I worked with a local engine repair shop to complete the repair for about 25% of what they estimated the cost to be. That diagnosis? Well they had already opened up the engine and failed to see obvious twisted metal. Their solution? Try and charge me another $1000 dollars to take off the head which turns out to be a 45 minute job. After calling them out on this they eventually refunded me the diagnosis time, but never apologized or admitted that they made a mistake. Given this experience, and some experiences of friends that have had work done here I'd advise anyone to seek an alternate solution. Perhaps a local mechanic if you're out of warranty (turns out there are great ones around here!) or if you need warranty service find another dealer even if it's a drive.

So... they have been great. But their greatness is in part due to April, the Service Manager, who goes above and beyond in returning calls quickly, being fully prepared with information, and always had a smile in her voice. Many companies today treat customers as if they don't need them. April has won my confidence and future for this office of United Ag & Turf! (Plus, they did an awesome job fixing our tractor).
