      image I feel sorry for the TD Bank employees at this branch. They just don't know how to do their jobs. I blame TD Bank management for inadequately training their employees. 5.1 million people in the U.S. receive their Social Security benefits through a representative payee yet both the customer service rep and the branch manager struggled to figure out how to re-title an existing account to show that a rep payee had been appointed to handle Social Security benefits going into the account. It took a half hour and my repeated protest and correction to get them to do what should have taken five minutes.
