Awesome experience with Victoria Prince in customer service! My new husband and I have both banked here for years, and after the wedding we wanted to open a joint account. Victoria laid out all of our options and helped us choose the right type of account for our needs. She was able to get all of our wedding checks (with multiple different names on them) seamlessly into a new account for us. We had been dreading going but Victoria made it quick and easy- we will absolutely use their services for all of our banking needs in the future!

If I use Uber or if I take money out more than twice it locks me out from using it until I call the bank. Almost got stuck in a city because the card wouldnt work even though I had plenty of money on it.
