        I totally enjoy the morning water aerobics class. The water and air temperature is perfect. Paula is the instructor. She is the best. We have so much fun, we don't even notice she's got us kicking butt Great exercise!

        I have been to this gym since it opened, and it really hasn't changed all that much. We lost the sauna in the pool room. That was a big hit, we all loved it. For some reason, the treadmills all overheat after a 20 minute run... I think it's a good price. The pool and the kids swimming lessons are good although very difficult to sign up for. They really need to clean out the lockers in the bathrooms. I know that they have signs saying they're going to do this. But some of them clearly haven't been cleaned out even before covid.
