I am so happy I finally stepped out of my comfort zone! I am a busy mom of 2 and I used to think I didnt have time for the gym. Its been 3 months since Ive joined and I find myself at cross fit 4-5 times a week! I work from home so since joining I feel like I am part of a community! I love being part of such a wonderful program that pushes you to be the best. Not only am I seeing physcial changes, but also mental changes. I am in such a better mindset! Thanks CrossFit 696

The amount they offer is unmatched in facilities, equipment, personnel training, and coaches. Always looking forward to what tomorrow will bring.

189 5-star reviews speaks for itself. I have been a member of various gyms in the area for the past 15 years but never have I been a part of a gym that offers SO much in one place. Nutrition + CrossFit 696 + Fitness Concepts truly is an all in one facility. As a single mom, the kidzone is a LIFE SAVER. I can go to the gym 5-6 days a week and I'm paying $40 for the entire month for 'babysitting' that would otherwise cost me over $1k. The nutrition program and coaching is next level. No matter what you are looking to accomplish, you're going to find someone that can help you do that in this gym. I work from home and the social aspect of the gym is hands down my favorite part. There are so many awesome people here, all pushing each other to be better and healthier in whatever way is suitable to their goals and it is so cool to watch. Just step in the doors.
