The office is gross. They have no incoming calls but answering service all day. They are always 1 hour behind. The NPs seem nice enough once you wait an hour+ but if you count on a ride - you will miss it. And they will not consider MART - the states MEDICAL CAR - sufficient for anesthesia, thank goodness I didnt have cancer surgery here. I would still have cancer. Not direct line. Not prompt surgery. And no elevator if you are disabled and your doctor decides to have an office downstairs that day - without warning. If I could give a zero star I would.

Place is an absolute scam. Do not go here. I wasted so much money here and everything was completely unnecessary even though I was told the opposite. Thought I could ignore the reviews but theyre 100% right. Find another office.

Good morning still having a difficult time accessing my medical information since 2022. I rcvd a msg yesterday and unable to access . Would there be a help desk to access a medical reports from my visits? It would be helpful if there was an email to respond. Thank you I am Dr Steven Fines patient.

I have gone to Dr Dickstein 11 years ago. He is an excellent doctor. But I will never, ever return to this practice because of his office staff. All are rude, and dishonest about helping me schedule to see Dr. Dickstein for a consultation They help with nothing. Can wait 30 minutes to have a phone call answered. I received the letter for my colonoscopy date with instructions 2 months after I had the procedure.
