        One of the worst urgent care facility. Loads and loads of paperwork for any appointment, whereas others in the area are so simple to visit. They did my COVID test and I tested positive. Nobody bothered to tell me my test result. I called at least a dozen times to ask my result, but their phone lines can never be reached. After few days my town health department called me to check up on me, and I told them this is the first I am hearing that I am COVID positive. They were equally disgusted. Nobody even told my primary care physician whose name i filled in many places in their 1000 questions form. This medical facility is putting the health of patients in serious jeopardy, they need to shut down. p.s. The medical staff and physician were fine, no complaints there.
