I would like to thank all the staff I recently dealt with at Croteau Plumbing. Donna, Sheila ,Joanne and Jim the plumber. I had a gas furnace installed with them about 20 years ago but never followed up with routine maintenance with them because honestly it didnt need very much attention. I have a friend plumber who helped me as needed but he recently retired. Well when the colder weather arrived you guessed it. NO Heat. I called Croteau Plumbing and talked to Donna first and she sent out Jim the next day. Unfortunately for me they had to order a part but the following day we had heat again. THANK YOU again team Croteau. I appreciate your support and look forward to doing business in the future.

I really liked the prompt response to the required service, the person who assisted me by phone was quite professional and was always ready to help with my problem. (Joanne) is great !!! Likewise, as the people who went to perform the service, quite professional and committed to their work, I would repair them a thousand times and from now on they will be the company that I will call when I have any maintenance and/or service difficulties at home, it really is The term and time it took from the time I called to the moment of the solution was invaluable, 1 day !!!!! I really deeply admire people who help you, respond and solve quickly without setbacks, giving you the best option for your problem. Service: Water heater installation

Ask anyone in the area that knows anything about homes and they will tell you to avoid this company at all costs. I had one experience with them in the past and they lived up to their reputation by wiring my board wrong on my hvac system and burning out my motor. Due to Unitil having them as their sole contractor for their hot water heater rental program I was forced into using them this time. I asked on 3 different occasions for an invoice of the work I would be responsible for paying (exactly how Unitil described the process). I never once saw that invoice. They did though ask for my credit card number on 3 separate occasions and never once could tell me when they would be coming to the house because it was always difficult to know. I had repeatedly told them first thing in the morning would be best. In the 4th conversation (now with a second person) about when they would come out the woman says we can only guarantee an 8am like I hadnt asked for first thing in the morning every time I spoke with them. In the end they never provided an invoice with the work that would be done that I would be responsible for paying. I said there is no way a business like this can still be making money. But then when you realize they get guaranteed money through a disgusting business like Unitil, it all makes perfect sense.
