    Installed propane tank and line extension to outdoor accessories last year. Just came up on one year anniversary. Great and honest company! I would highly recommend.

    It is horrible customer service and they are fraud. I was getting oil from there and get complimentary furnace cleaning from there, after cleaning my furnace started leaking 1-2 days later. I have called them and they sent another person to fix the issue. When I asked technician what was the issue he said other technician broke the pipe or something so he fixed the pipe and left. I got a bill for that and said it was not my fault so I asked to void the bill. Anyway they did but bigger problem was I also have electric how water heater and it was leaking, since they are my hvac company I have called them and asked help. Technician came and after looking couple things little bit he said my water heater needs to be changed, I have trusted them and I scheduled the replacement even paid the full price. After checking with a local plumber, he wanted to video call and I showed what is the issue, he said it is easy fix and said he will stop by and fix it. I called this place and wanted to cancel replacement and asked refund. I got refunded what I paid for replacement. My local plumber came and fixed the pipe and cleaned the electric cables etc. I have paid $200 to him and my water heater works since than. Anyway this place charged me $100 something for service fee but they did gave false service, so i did not have to change my water heater pay thousands of $$$ to them. I did not want to pay service fee. I called multiple times to explain situation but the lady on the phone keep shouting me even cursed me because I did not want to pay something I did not get service for. She was accusing me I went behind them get replacement from other company. I sent pictures that I have same heater I did not replace, only plumber fixed the pipe but she did not want to believe. I finally talked to someone who is more professional and I think owner or someone, he asked me if I send them my plumber receipt, they were going to believe me and void the bill. I have gave all the information they need and they finally void the bill but that lady should not be dealing with customers at all. She definitely does not understand how to deal with this kinda situations. I have got my oil delivered and paid my bill always on time. I would not care about $100 if the service was good and recommendation was fair. She has no right to shout and curse the customer and tell the customer is lying. By the way heater is still working fine. Never going back to work with them again. Also dont recommend their services. Dont know how many poor people had to replace their appliances based on their recommendations.

    I generally would not take the time to post a "bad" review, but I was so unhappy with this company I wanted to let others know. We started using Brideau after they purchased a small company that we had great service from for years. Brideau started off fine, but the service level declined each season. Most recently they came to conduct our normal annual tune up and ended up causing some sort of awful chemical smell that left the house nearly unlivable for a few days (this started immediately after the service and had not been happening AT ALL prior to that). We had them come back to fix the issue when it didn't go away after a couple of days and they could not give us any sort of clear answer what was happening other than a few "ideas" on costly repairs that "might be the issue". Finally they decided that we might have an oil tank leak as well. They told me they would need to have someone out to check it before they could deliver any more oil, and the tech showed up with a $5k tank replacement proposal "just in case". He would not allow any additional deliveries unless we signed the proposal, and this was despite the fact the tank was not actually leaking.(I checked it very thoroughly and there was no leak, I also had this confirmed by another company later). All of this just accelerated the plans we had to upgrade to heat pumps but I felt the way they handled this was really awful and unreasonable considering they shut off delivery during the winter on false pretenses. Beware and look for other options if you can.

    A fantastically professional company from top to bottom. My standards for service are rather high and every single notion I have of what makes for a good experience was met. They reviewed multiple options and we settled on the right solution for replacing my oil tanks. I am now moving all my fuel business to them.

When we first visited in December, two of our technicians verified that the tank was not safe for delivery and provided a quote for a replacement. Because the tank was deemed unsafe, we were unable to make a delivery when you ran out of oil. Again, we're sorry you were not pleased with our service, however safety is our top priority.
