Edible Arrangements

Very unhappy with this shop . I placed an order well ahead of Valentines Day . I was given a email verifying order and money was taken out of my account .Valentines day came and went with no order delivered . During the day I tried several times to reach someone to help - I left message , emails etc Not one person has reached out to me or tried to make it right - Meanwhile my husband was left with nothing for Valentines and Im out almost 100 dollars . I work hard for my money and Edible Arrangements does not deserve my business anymore

I understand Valentines Day is busy, but to never pick the phone up EVERRRRR its wild behavior. I tried to call to check the status of my order because all the automated services werent working. Enfield store picked up, they informed the Springfield orders go through East Longmeadow. I would imagine they are all staffed for the day. Had to cancel both of my orders. Valentines Day Sux

Ordered for valentines day. Didnt get the delivery. Called the next day they said theyd deliver THEY NEVER DID. So unprofessional! I shouldnt have to GO TO THE ESTABLISHMENT TO GET MY ORDER WHEN I PAID DELIVERY!!!!!

My most recent experience with this location was pretty negative. Knowing Valentine's Day was one of their busiest days of the year I pre-ordered a delivery on January 22nd for Valentine's Day. The person didn't receive their order tell after 8pm on February 15th. After I called and left multiple voicemails on the 14th and 15th I still never heard from them. I get they're busy but after spending nearly $133 for some subpar fruit and flowers I expect at least a heads up about a delay. Your better off buying some fruit, chocolate and flowers from your local grocery store. Even if you bought organic fruit and chocolate it would still be cheaper than the overpriced products Edible Arrangements offers. Terrible customer service + overpriced products = one less customer.
