If I could no stars I would. Marie Russell was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE to deal with. She was not our agent, thank god. She was the sellers agent. Marie had absolutely no clue what was going on. Every single question we ever asked her famous answer was always oh I dont know I mean seriously. What kind of an agent has no clue about a listing shes representing. To top it all off the night of our walk through she got everyone so upset that my mother and daughter were in tears. She then told us to get out of the home that we were closing on the following day after she accused me of attacking her. She is not qualified in my opinion as an agent. She has terrible communication skills. I did want our experience with her to go unknown. Unprofessional, unacceptable, unqualified!!!
