We had the privilege of renting from Nicoletta from 2022-2023. She was dedicated to creating a communicative, involved, and personal process while finding and living in our home. Nicos properties are designed and constructed with intention and passion. I loved the experience renting from Nico and would be delighted to have the opportunity to do it all again.

Worst apartment hunting experience ever. I was told that I would have time to find roommates before paying the security deposit, but the security deposit was requested a week after putting the broker fee down. I was told that I would lose the broker fee that I paid if I didn't put down the security deposit so I had to shell out the equivalent of 6 months rent in the course of a week. I felt extremely mislead and taken advantage of by the broker Nico Longo, who was also incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful after she had my check in the bank. The whole experience left me severely financially impacted and constantly stressed for months.
Really terrible business I can not stress that more.
