We recently completed a full bathroom remodel with Ideal Kitchens and Bath. We also used them approx 10 years ago on a complete kitchen redo. As with that remodel and now the bathroom, time has not changed the way Ideal Kitchens and Bath performs their job. It all begins with the owner, Steve and continues from there with the Project Coordinator, Carol. The carpenters, Scott and Jesse, were equally outstanding and very respectful of our home. These two highly skilled carpenters were efficient, tidy, accomodating, and most of all very trustworthy. They also made process improvement suggestions along the way which were well thought out, thus helpful to us. We are so pleased that they were assigned to our project.
As with any renovation project that you outsource, the determining factor is not always based on cost. It's the intangibles that can make a big difference. At all times, we had great communication from Steve and Carol and equally important, they were 100% committed to their timelines that were presented to us and the carpenters followed through on those commitments.
We cannot overstate the quality of work from Ideal Kitchens and Bath from the 1st day when we walked in their doors to the last day when they completed the job. We are extremely pleased and thankful for their commitment to excellence.

We worked with Ideal on a full kitchen remodel. From start to finish, they were easy to work with. They stuck to their estimate and timeline. They were easy to communicate with and their carpenters have the rare combination of skill and good advising. The subcontractors were all very skilled but not all were as considerate of the the living space. We would recommend them and look forward to working with them again. We are very happy with the outcome as they made our vision a reality.

If anyone in the Pioneer Valley is looking to remodel a kitchen there is NO BETTER place to go than Ideal Kitchens in Chicopee. The owner Steve Wenninger will come to your house and not charge you a fee for it like some other companies.
The staff at Ideal Kitchens are very attentive and will respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner...especially Carol and Chad.
My favorite word for this company that just finished up our gorgeous remodel is : OUTSTANDING.
You will be very happy to choose them for your remodel project.

I am very happy with the work Ideal did on my kitchen. It came out beautiful! The price was reasonable.The people I dealt with were professional . The carpenter made some helpful suggestions. I would definitely use them again!

After having heard of so many horror stories about kitchen design companies, we went with Ideal Kitchens solely based upon their Google reviews. We don't normally do this, however, every person I knew that had done a remodel had major issues with the company they used. From beginning to end we were thoroughly impressed--no horror stories here! There were a few very minor hiccups that were addressed immediately but, beyond that, I cannot praise Ideal Kitchens enough. Carol (a true gem) kept us informed at every turn, from scheduling to status updates, and was an absolute joy to work with. Our lead installer, Tim, was amazing to work with and very accommodating, not to mention extremely handy! Every question I asked or "tweak" I wanted was met with a sincere desire to make this the kitchen I wanted--both from Tim and Carol. To say that I recommend Ideal Kitchens is an understatement! I wish more businesses operated this way! Thank you, Ideal Kitchens! Services: Tile work installation, Cabinet design, Installation, Paint indoors, Remodeling, Cabinet installation
