I called Dave in October 2016 he was very nice. Sent someone over to refinish my tub. He gives a five year warranty. Here it is and i have a few spots that peeled. I have called him 4 times in the past 3 weeks and left messages with the answering service. I believe not having the time to call a customer back is so unprofessional. I am trying to get my home ready to sell and this is holding up me listing my home. I guess the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. Customer beware.

Excellent customer service. I was able to use my tub the next morning. And prices better than any other refinishers in the area.

The color of my bathtub was classic 50s pink. Within hours it went from pink to modern white. Looks like a brand new tub. I highly recommend L&L.
