We spoke to one of the staff members who gave us fantastic planning ideas The multi-sectionals were very well made, we're versatile in arrangements. We will definitely be purchasing some of their furniture items in the near future. Great prices too.

We had a wonderful experience at LoveSac in Chestnut Hill. Went in knowing what we kind of wanted. Were able to configure a better look with the 3D mock up couch diagrams. Our sales associate was amazing answered all questions & helped us with accessories etc. Easy transaction. Would highly recommend

The customer service here is out of this world! I just stumbled into the store and Johanna gave me the full rundown of what to expect. She was so knowledgeable about every combination and permutation possible for price, shape, fill, etc. I came back with a couple changes and she and Carlotta worked with me for probably an hour to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. This was not just a storefront but a personalized experience! I cant thank them both enough. The couch itself arrived in multiple pieces and did take a while to put together but it wasnt impossible. Expensive but it seems worth the price so far!
