        Ever since this company bought the insurance agency I was using, the customer service has been absolutely terrible and the price just keeps increasing. When I called to ask why my policy had increased 1.5x since the previous year (with no incidents & no claims) I was told that I lost a bundle discount which I never had. Was supposed to get a call back about this 2 days ago & they never called. This company is a sham! Update 4+ months later: Still no call back. How's it going "looking into" this immediately?

        My old agent closed its doors and sold my account to Kaplansky. Service was lousy to the point I moved my accounts elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.
