L'Hussier Insurance

Posting for my parents. We continued to use this company longer than we should have! There were mistakes on our tax return for many years that were not discovered until years after filing and took multiple years to resolve. The owner seemed bored with our questions, and we received more arrogant attitude than valued information. Today we called and requested a change in the time of our appointment. My husband, who speaks with an accent, seemed to have been misunderstood or the receptionist over exaggerated the discussion. We were shocked to receive a call from the manager, yelling and berating my husband claiming he was rude to the receptionist and demanding that he apologize, or we take our business elsewhere. This was an easy decision. We took our business elsewhere. And we still have not received our previous filings as requested. Diversity training may be helpful for this company.

They are an excellent organization. They hunt for the lowest cost and present you with all the options so you can make the best decision. I switched to them when my prior agent moved away and I have been very happy ever since.

I can't say enough good things about L'Hussier Insurance. Jessica and Amanda have been incredible to work with, very responsive and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. They really go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend.

Ive never been so impressed by a company! I worked with both Lorie and Theresa on auto, renters and business insurance quotes and they go above and beyond, are so friendly and responsive, and overall gave me such a good experience. Everyone Ive dealt with here has been so helpful! Highly recommend for all insurance needs.

I have had them for 18 yrs and still do love them and the employees are amazing kim and lisa is who i deal with most of the time but they are all amazing people and always right there to help u
