Coach House

We just moved in, Helen was very professional during the paperworks and everything went smoothly. The neighbors are calm, we feel at home, parking is easy, everyone respects each other, a very pleasant community.

I've only been living here for 3 months but I felt right at home from the beginning! Helen is beyond amazing and I'm thankful for her help with everything I've had to deal with so far. The maintenance guy is also quite nice and makes sure to say hi and ask how I'm doing when I see him around the property.

If it were possible to be a slumlord in Chelmsford, these guys would be it. They're the cheapest rent in the area for a reason. Constant "corner-cutting", awful maintenance people, and refusal to address issues brought up by tenants. Apparently recently someone's bathroom basically collapsed into someone else's apartment below, despite issues being raised in the past about problematic leaks.

My wife and I just moved into Coach House this past week. We moved from Westchester County, NY which is almost 200 miles away, and didn't know much about Chelmsford or the surrounding area. We were looking for an apartment which was walkable to stores, restaurants, library, etc. which Coach House is. Helen and Annette were most helpful in answering all of our questions, and walking us through the application process. They always were available to answer our questions, and always confirmed our conversations with an email. The apartment is great with fresh paint, new rug in the bedroom and updated appliances. And our first maintenance request was done in less than a day. Grateful to the people at Coach House for making our move here go so smoothly.
