        We lived in Mill & 3 Apartments for a year and very much enjoyed our time there. We wouldve stayed longer had we not needed to relocate for work. Mill & 3 is the apartments offers a strong sense community. We really got to know and care for our neighbors. The staff is also very friendly and very on top of things. Requests for Maitenance are addressed very quickly and we felt they were always respectful whenever they would come in our home. We would highly recommend Mill & 3.

        I have been a resident here at mill and 3 since the day it opened in Chelmsford. 5 great years me and my children have been living here the staff is please my and helpful .. always around if you have a question . The maintenance is impeccable as soon as you put in the request it gets responded to immediately. Snack always in the club house!!! As well the great ways they try to bring the community here together.. with Christmas parties summer parties food truck or even just the cool fun raffles they have. If youre looking for a place to reside THIS IS THE PLACE!
