        I made an appointment for live fingerprint at 4PM. Showed up on time. The fingerprint service people are not there and went home already. This place is a joke.

        Not for all the Staple services, sorry about the 1 star but 1 star is too much for the fingerprinting service. Th worker of the fingerprinting service went to her lunch time immediately while there were still people who had appointments in the morning waiting at the door, and returned 20 minutes with her unfinished fruit the end of the lunch time even though knowing new people kept coming and checked in on time. The worker have to help you with fingerprinting by adjusting your hand position, but she did not wash hands or wear gloves after she just had her fruit with bare hands.

        As a former employee. Management encourages employees to not sell tech products to Asian customers. Management has no respect for their own employees nor customers who shop there. Only a matter of time until closure
