        I cant say how thankful I am for all the help I received with my policy and such an amazing team ! Big thank you to Mary for being absolutely such a breath of fresh air , all your help and kind words .

        At first when I bought new policies from Kaplansky they were helpful, though slow, then each year I renewed, there was more paperwork to do for policy discounts. It took Nilda at least a week, sometimes longer to reply to my emails, and no one else at the office could help me. After my premiums went up a huge amount this year, she wasn't interested in helping me find a better, less expensive policy. Thankfully I found a lower rate by myself on all my policies with another carrier, and happily said goodbye to Kaplansky.

        You cannot reach the person concerned. I've been trying for 3 months to cancel it. they still haven't. They don't answer my emails.
